rev:text	Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with 4 idiots who are all contradicting each other, treating me like I'm stupid and were absolutely no help. I have been on the phone with multiple representatives over the past week and each time I speak to someone I'm told a new piece of information that differs from the previous person. Supervisors can't even help me answer a simple question. RETRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!
