Its really tough to do everything with excellence. They try here by offering a lot of various asian foods and keeping the ambience friendly and casual. I was just here for the sushi and was both pleased and a little disappointed. Here are my nuggets for consideration:
- No warm towel available to clean your hands before handling your sushi. Overall not the traditional Japanese sushi experience, if that's what you're looking for.
- Tamago didn't seem to be made there and was pretty bland as a result.
- Maguro was very good. Nice texture and taste with very little fat.
- A really good family atmosphere. Definitely a nice place to bring the kids. Casual.
- not a place for sushi snobs, as thats not their focus I believe.
- Miso soup was pretty basic, mostly broth.
- Overall, I'd recommend the place for a good, quick meal as long as you're not looking for the full sushi experience.
I hope the review helps.
