One of Las Vegas' oldest dive bars. Sure it will be smoky, sure you may not have a place to sit, sure the plumbing is old and the toilets may back up and there will be a line, but whenever there is cheap beer and karaoke, it's always a good time! PBR's are $2.50 a can and other bottled beers are about $2.75. We managed to spend about 4 hours of drinking and spent about $20. You can pay your tab on one of those fancy iPads so you can pay easily and tip all from a few clicks of the tablet. Karaoke starts at 10p on the weekends so I recommend arriving early for parking (there is very limited parking in the front and back) and if you want a good seat at the bar. Had a great time at Champagnes, bartenders are friendly, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you're stepping back into old Las Vegas, both times I've visited I've seen some OG's who had to be in their 90's sitting back drinking their wine and singing a couple of songs themselves. Makes you think......they've probably been doing this at this same exact bar wondering which little punk is gonna be in my seat tonight...it was probably me.
