  • I would say 3.5, the room was nice, the hotel has so much to do, it's in a great location on the strip and nice views from some of the rooms. My complaint is that we had 2 nights booked and then ended up wanting to stay an extra night, however the rate we originally booked was sold out. That is understandable since the extra night was going to be a Friday. So we needed up with 2 reservations. I would have thought that once we got to the hotel and spoke with someone they would be able to combine them and we could stay in our current room since the more expensive rate was for Friday and we didn't have a view. However they made us check out, come downstairs, stand in line and check in again into our new room. We could have saved them cleaning the room, us the hassle of having to get up and pack etc. That is terrible customer service, does not serve anyone and was a huge I inconvenience. I don't understand why they would go to all this trouble and not try to help us. We might as well have checked out and moved hotels to try somewhere new since it was a pain in the butt. However, putting that aside, the hotel was great! If they ever choose to reach out to me to make up for the experience I would stay there again.
