I came last month just around opening at 8:30am to get a photo card. The receptionist gave me the worst attitude I had ever experienced and would have sent me home rather than even give me the benefit of the doubt after I told her what I had come for and what identification I brought with me. I felt like I was the one who had to explain to her the process and requirements for my visit.
Given the fact that she's surrounded by papers and has a computer, it was insulting she couldn't have even admitted ignorance and double checked her assumptions.
Along with the first patrons that morning, we waited while half the tellers chit chatted, and the other half troubleshooted either the computer system or patrons who made a mistake.
