  • I normally like this place, but the last time I went there I was with someone and they needed to return to "fix" an issue, but when we got there we were told by another staff we would be nice to fix the issue. then the lady who cut their hair saw us and proceeded to take the next in line, we were already waiting there for 20 mins. I am not sure if she was new or what but this was very poor service, I mean if your afraid of a mistake that you did and didn't want to confront then you should not be cutting hair. We were NOT upset until she ignored us, we ended up walking out and I'm sure everyone staff knew we were pissed. This is bad service for their customers, we never received a call or anything to apologize. but now they have lost two customers, we will go to another location and try them maybe they will have more professionalism....
