  • By far, the ABSOLUTE WORST choice possible for internet service ON THE PLANET!!! The connection comes and goes with the wind, it's there, now it's gone!! I swear this hot mess of a company is run off a kite and paperclips!! You can call a dozen times with a service issue (it doesn't work efficiently MOST of the time) they'll say they'll "write a service ticket, and someone will call" but that will never happen!! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, EVER!! After a dozen calls regarding service they finally set an appt to come out, I take the morning off, but they had to cancel because their van broke down. Morning wasted, re-schedule, fix nothing, and charge me $25. They finally offered to Comp me a month of service, then don't, and make me call a few more times to get it. Omg!!! They don't even bill you (I swear!!) they just shut your fricking service off!!! I'm not kidding!! I'm working one morning, my internet goes off, I call jabba thinking it's just my normal crappy nearly nonexistent internet service, but find they shut it off. I asked them how I'm to know when to pay when they guys don't send a bill??!?!? Not needing a mailing mind you, a text or email is perfectly fine. Office guys says it must be in your spam. It's NOT!!! RUN...don't walk away from this hideous company!! Crappy undependable internet, no service, and no pride in workmanship. Just a big hot mess nightmare of a company. Like the others, I'm sorry I had to give them a one star to review!! Horrible!!
