| - Definitely RUN! I saw "health-care providers" at this corporation for six years, and I envy the people who could not get an appointment.
I have been a diagnosed bipolar with general anxiety disorder for 40 years. After moving to Las Vegas, I began using this corporation -- and that's exactly what it is -- for medication refills.
For six years, I told the men I was allowed to see instead of an actual psychiatrist that I was experiencing increasing fear of leaving my home. NOTHING was done.
Over the course of six years, I continued to report that I could do less and less. Nothing done. In the course of that time, I had four heart attacks, the last two very serious. Stress and panic began causing chest pains, shortness of breath, and dizziness. It is not safe for me to drive.
In September, I became completely housebound. I can't even go into my backyard. I called for help and was told to make an appointment. What part of "I can't leave my house" could this man who is supposedly educated not understand?
I called again in October, and I was told they stopped taking my insurance. In other words, "not our problem." The little snot who talked to me actually had the gall to tell me she was working "outside (her) pay grade" to even talk to me.
This corporation should be shut down, and the supervising doctors that no one ever sees should have their licenses revoked. What happened to "first do no harm?"
Once I get back on my feet, I'm seeing an attorney. I did everything in my power to keep from becoming incapacitated, and the "experts" I turned to for help gave me exactly ZERO. If that isn't malpractice, I don't know what is.
