  • We had a system installed in our newly built home which already had a soft water loop. Worked with Matt to buy the system, including a RO system with designer faucet to match our kitchen faucet. Matt worked with me over a couple of months until the house was ready. Eric was the installer...he was terrific. There was a conflict in scheduling and the plumbers were installing the water heaters at the same time. Eric installed the RO, then went to another job, and came back a couple of hours later to finish. The icing on the cake, is that Eric found a bad connection on the water heater the the plumbers had made when installing the heaters. These are the kind of people that you want to work with. Dan
