  • Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. I didn't plan to eat here but couldn't resist after cruising around The Bellagio taking in the Conservatory and taking a gander at the menu. The food was outstanding - I enjoyed the Black Mussel Souffle and the Ahi Tuna Tartare - and the services was prompt, efficient, and what you would hope for in a classy place. It passed my "I'd love to eat here again" test. Pricey? Yeah a bit, but well worth it. Wish they had a restaurant near me in Carlsbad, CA.
