  • Ok.... I gave this a "star" because I couldn't post without one.... so, the photos below are of my car after a "car wash" at this Mobile station (2165 E. Baseline Tempe, 85283) The wash arm pressed THROUGH my windshield after scraping up my hood. Bad right??? Well buckle up "yelpers" it actually goes DOWNHILL from here! So, the "mechanic" that came to look at this, had to come back the next day w/more equipment to extricate my vehicle (they removed the entire arm that was impaled in my windshield) I, of course inquired as to their insurance carrier and was met w/a blank stare. After calling my agent I called the Tempe police (her recommendation) and they asked for the info, I received a phone #, which Ive been calling for the last three days (dozens of times) politely requesting someone either call me, or leave a message w/insurance info. Yes, well..... NOTHING, NADA, ZIP, ZILCH!! I have been googling anyway I can think of to find out who actually OWNS this sheisty place and I've come up dry This has made me wonder.... hey, what if I hadn't jumped out fast enough?!?! Would they have just rolled my DEAD BODY into the adjoining lot and called it a day?!?! To review, I drove in w/a perfectly good TOYOTA and I drove out w/THAT! After taking TWO DAYS to extricate it, it took Tempe PD to get what has turned out to be a BOGUS phone #, and still NOTHING! BEWARE YELPERS..... this place is BEYOND SHEISTY!!! Regards, Marie
