  • i took my daughter in about a year ago for a rash she had Dr. Alphonsa told me that she is fine and it would eventually go away. 2 days later the pharmacy called me and asked if i was going to pick up my daughters prescription ..... umm it would have been nice of her to let me know she was going to call something in. giving it a few more chances just made me dislike the office more. The wait time is always about an hour, then you sit in the room for another hour before the dr even comes in. this place is always packed and staff is rude. I called in to make an appointment for my daughter who had been getting sick, coughing, pulling her ear and runny nose. I was told that it was just a common cold ..... once again got a call from the pharmacy for antibiotics for an ear infection and bronchitis. I'm tired of getting the run around!!!! looking into a new dr
