  • Pretty standard Pet Club. Clean Store, good prices, etc. However, what impressed me (and why this location gets four stars) was that I walked in not knowing what to buy my senior (13 y/o) kitty but knowing she needed a new kibble (at the time, we didn't know it was a hyperthyroid causing her to lose weight; we just thought she'd turned on her food). I feed my dogs Taste of the Wild, and only ever have. But the cats ate whatever was cheapest. After some time with my husband in the store, a sales associate approached and asked if we had questions. I told her my problem - an underweight cat who seems to have turned on her food. After some back and forth Q&A, the lady suggested we try her on Taste of the Wild for cats, an all ages brand. I wasn't sold on anything and willing to fork out more for a senior kibble, but the associate assured me this would be fine for her. And indeed it was. So they get four stars for stellar customer service, knowledge of the products they're selling, and ability to handle common concerns.
