  • Absolutely bad news, at least for our job. We had our sewer line from our house to the street replaced and it was a huge mess. The roto rooter guys were SO unprofessional, hard to get ahold or and left the place a terrible mess with garbage and dirt thrown willy-nilly. When you talk to local plumbers about roto rooter, they just roll their eyes and sigh. They have so many stories of problems they have FIXED that roto rooter created or made worse. Our sewer line replacement was paid for by our sewer line protection insurance so we did not have a choice of who did the job, I am just hoping they did an ok job and it doesn't need to be redone. The two stars are because they DO get the job done and they are known for one thing-coming out in an emergency any time, any day. So they can help you if you have a serious issue but you will PAY for it and it might not be the most professional job ever.
