  • Shana you should not have a job. We are getting service at a cashier. The gentleman is very nice asks for your help as his scanner is not working. There is 20 percent coupons for 1 item everywhere. Magazines, papers I see them all time. Mine happens to be on my phone. You are so rude and just don't care anything about customer servise. Too bad that's the rules. Your bossy and rude! Typical customer service this country lacks. My husband goes to check out we purchase the product and waiting by the door. The gentleman behind us gives us his coupon paper to satisfy you being a pay it forward nice person. We are waiting for 15 min for you to get the product. Then you don't give it to us because we can't use a coupon on this product. Although no where does it say that. Shop Amazon. Customer friendly and products are cheaper. Soon these places will be under for reasons like this. Shana you called your manager Bryant who did refund and he didn't even try to solve problem or care either. Both you should be out of customer servise. Amazon will so have all your jobs.
