Overnight? What a big joke! Almost 3 weeks and I have nothing! I ordered to print business cards (regular design, nothing out of the ordinary). They had to REPRINT THEM 3 TIMES, two times there was printing issue and the third time "they got lost".
The worse thing is that after all this, the best thing they could offer was to cancel my order and refund me. Really? And what about the time I spend on all this?
Sometimes things just go wrong and I can understand that, but the important thing is how the company deals with it. There are so many other ways you can make it up to a customer even in situation like this one.
Overnight Prints is unreliable and poorly managed company and their customer service could not be worse.
