  • My car was broken into in the Wynn parking garage and I was treated very poorly by their security when I reported it. When I initially went in to make the report, they were rude and seemed to imply that I was just making things up. Not friendly at all and not a single apology! A few weeks later, I got a call from one of their "detectives" who basically told me there are no cameras recording the area where I had been parked, so I was SOL. Two days later, I get a call from another detective there telling me there is footage and to fill out a police report with Metro if I wanted to eventually press charges (whoever was in the video couldn't be identified so it went nowhere anyway). I mentioned that I had already received a call saying the opposite, and this new detective said he had no idea why the other person had called me. So sure the Wynn is pretty and they have a cool nightclub, but as far as I'm concerned they can all go eff themselves. I've been parking on the strip for 8 years and never had an issue. I park at the Wynn for 2 hours and get my car broken into... and then am treated like an idiot by their staff. I boycott this place.
