  • I really enjoyed my experience with Lens Crafters in Square One. Their staff was so friendly and helpful. They let me leisurely shop without being too in my face, yet they still provided some suggestions based on the things I was looking for. When I was stuck between 2 frames, they were honest and gave friendly advice. On the particular day I went, their computer systems were down across Canada. Because of that, they put everything on sale for 50% off! Talk about customer experience in times of trouble. I couldn't resist and got 2 pairs. They were ready within a week and the staff were so helpful in adjusting them - even when I came back the next day with more picky fixes. Would recommend this location to anyone. NOTE: I used to be an online glasses purchaser, but I've come to realize buying glasses in person is the way to go. Not only is the quality better, but you get it catered to your head. It definitely is more expensive, but after having 2 pairs crack and break on me within 2 weeks from an online store, I realize the value and difference. You get what you pay for!
