  • We worked with Carlo to get my boyfriends phone upgraded. Carlo was extremely professional, helped get us out in a timely manner and displayed excellent customer service! Another customer had rudely interrupted us and he handled it with grace and was an absolute pleasure to speak to during our transaction. I visited the t-mobile store shortly after this and the experience there was abysmal in comparison to TCC. Carlo was more helpful than any other consultant we've dealt with thus far and I would highly recommend if you're looking for fast, friendly, no-BS service. Thanks, Carlo
