  • BUYER Beware. Do not go to salon with bridal party. They are not equipped to handle the load. My bridesmaid booked a bridal party for around 8 to 10 women about 2-3 months prior to my wedding date. One day before our scheduled appt they called and asked if we could come in early. We could not and arrived about 30 mins tardy. It took about 4 hours to get my nails and feet done because of the poor service. Some of the woman only received 1 treatment when they were suppose to get mani and pedi's. Some woman were qouted a 2 hr wait time and left and the bridesmaid that book the party left without any treatment at all. After speaking with the owner she was unapologitic and said we missed out on four services because we were late 30 minutes. Any woman knows it does not take 15 minutes to do a mani-pedi. She was confrontational and blamed us completely. She only had 2 women set for our party and one left for an hour to work on another client. Do NOT go to this salon. There is no way possible that they would have been able to take care of my girls even if we had arrived on time. And, most group of large women do not arrive exactly on time. We were no more than a half hour late. I do not write reviews but choose to sign up for this purpose only. The owner lost out on hundreds of dollars in business that day. Not to mention the salon is no spa experience at all.
