  • I didn't even make it passed the reservation stage! I spoke with a gentleman that first told me the time I picked had to be changed because they only have ONE TRUCK, and it would be at another party. He then went on to ask what games, and what are the ages. My son will be 4, but most of the guests would be older. He said the only way they would honor my reservation would be if ALL PARENTS of children under 6 stayed ON THE TRUCK TO SUPERVISE THEIR CHILDREN THE ENTIRE PARTY!!!!! He went on to tell me that they only do parties for children 6 and older. That statement is FOUND NOWHERE on their website, otherwise I would not have made a reservation for my 4 year old son. I've used two other companies in the past, both having multiple trucks, and no hidden policies!
