rev:text	I wish I would have read reviews before I ever dealt with these shady people. We were desperate and they had a place that fit my family. When we looked at the house the garage was filled with the previous tenants junk and the fridge smelled terrible and was filled with some sort of bugs. We should have known then that it would be bad but like I said we needed a place desperately. We go to sign the lease and we told Tierra about the garbage in the garage and she told us it was cleaned so we signed the lease. Lo and behold we get to the house and the garage was still filled with junk. Right then and there I knew they were shady. We called and told her that we werent keeping the place if it wasnt clean that day. Someone came and cleaned it that day, easy! The fridge was broken so we were without a fridge for a week. Then it broke again and the smell never went away but they refused to replace it. Moving out time we were told clean thoroughly and get carpet cleaned which we did. There was some wear and tear but that to be expected. We didnt think we would get our whole deposit back bit did expect more than half back. Instead we got a bill for a bunch of bogus charges. The worst thing we left was some missing paint spots where our couch rubbed against the wall and spot on the wall where the computer chair rubbed against the wall. Good thing we took pictures just in case these crooks try to take us to court. When we gave notice to vacate I made my husband get something in writing because they would probably try and say we didnt give notice. If you can help it, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRIUMPH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!
