  • Had an oil change done on my car and unfortunately, I believe my lowered car was damaged due to their ramp. When they tried to prove it wasn't their ramp, they drove the car up inch by inch while the lower bumper cover bent and dragged. Any attempt to drive at any normal speed would clearly show it would and did scratch. I nor they can prove this. Other than this the rest of the oil change was done promptly and I would say the shop is overall professional. I would recommend they take more care for lowered cars and use ramps to help these cars in the future.
