rev:text	I literally love this urgent care except for the lady at the front desk. I schedule an online appointment to let them know I was on my way (which I have done before) and the )ady at the front desk was extremely rude and said "well you scheduled an appointment so you have to wait for everyone else to be seen first", I said, "isn't this an urgent care that accepts walk-ins?" I didn't feel well enough to wait 2hrs so I came right away and guess what THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING! I was called back within 20 minutes and seen right away. The RN Kiley and Dr. Goldfarb EXCEEDED my standards and made up for the rude lady at the front desk. If you can't be nice to sick patients then please don't work in the medical field!! I'm extremely grateful for the amazing back office staff, they made me feel exceptionally better and for them, I reccomend this urgent care to anyone. They were extremely thorough, understanding and quick. Thank you dignity health urgent care Gilbert !
