  • Bought a brand new car here a year ago. Service has been amazing all the way up until today. Took 2 hours to do an oil change after arriving 30 minutes early. The inappropriate comments to my wife said after her car had apparently been done for over 20 minutes is what ruins this whole dealership for this family. And her step dad works there. We will not return and this isn't the place I trust to take care of things for our car while I'm deployed. Thanks for your service Robert, I now know not to come to Sands.
