The combination of the location, decor, cleanliness, quality of service and price at Urban Nails is practically impossible to beat.
The decor is modern and welcoming, and black and white damask wallpaper is particularly cute. The staff are diligent and efficient - testament to this is the constantly occupied manicure chairs. Particular kudos to Cassidy who delivered in a big way with exceptionally attentive cuticle work. Selection of nail colours is excellent. Drying area is separate (in the back) and there is no rush to leave (even though main area with mani/pedi stations looks and operates like an efficient factory), with plentiful recent magazines (yay Vanity Fair!) for one's perusal.
Urban Nails is right by Broadview station - if you drive, parking is usually a b#!%ch on The Danforth, but if you are a bit savvy with advance planning look up the north side streets for less hassle and no donation to City of Toronto parking services.
