  • So I absolutely LOVE the Olive Garden! I love coming here when I want to get sick from eating too much lol. Well this time I came with a few friends and we left pretty unsure of our experience. We've been to this location many times before and have always left happy but this time it was a bit of a mess. The place was extremely packed which is normal but has never kept the service from being bad. This time I think we got the bad end of the stick though. We ordered our food and waited...waited... waited... Not only were we waiting for our food we were still waiting for our drinks which is strange. Drinks always come out before the food. Anyway. When out waiter came he brought us cold soup and breadsticks, the salad looked fine. I don't eat lettuce so I can't tell you.. Finally when we received our food it was actually hot but we still hadn't received our waters/wines. It was just one thing after another and I actually felt bad for our server. He seemed stressed out of his mind and dropped a glass/shattered a glass when going back to the employee section. Of course i'll come back but this really wasn't a great experience.
