| - Had a horrible few days here! Management won't handle anything, if you make a maintenance request, the Manager Lindsey Nelson will tell you nothing is wrong. My bathroom light switch was broken for days, the maintenance man even re-installed it backwards. He told her nothing was wrong, he lied. Then when my vehicle was vandalized, the General Manager refused to come out and talk to the police.
She called me a few hours later, never said she was sorry but offered a few free nights. Problem is, she only credited 1 night and $6.00, when I tried showing this to the other manager Lindsey, she refused to look at it on my phone. The staff witnessed her being extremely rude to me, and we have spoken about it.
Then there were 2 barking dogs for hours, and all La Quinta Inn did was call the owners. Many of us lost sleep and serenity. When the owners couldn't open there door as they were locked out, the man starts yelling at me and making threats. I called the police as he made threats to harm me and 2 other hotel guests. Guess what, Lindsey blocked the police call that came in, and would not allow them to come to take my report.
This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. I have called Corporate to complain, am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. By the way 2 days ago, I called La Quinta Customer service to complain about the noise, the terrible treatment by the staff etc. It has been something aweul daily.
When I tried talking at the front desk about my car getting broken into, Lindsey again shut me down. This is crazy, and I want to know how people like this get into management. They don't belong here.
Don't stay here, it is the worse hotel, bad breakfast, in disrepair, awful management, and all the above. It is worth spending more money rather than get treated by anyone like this.
