  • I cancelled my wash subscription back in March when I had to turn in my lease. I did it in person in their office with the owner. He canceled it and I removed my stickers. I pay everything with autopay and admittedly I don't review my bank account as much. A few weeks ago, I needed to check my balance and the last charge was hogwash. I reviewed the year, and it was never canceled. I have been billed for 6 months. I called them and left a voicemail with the problem and info, never got a call back. I called again and spoke with a office manager and he took my info and said he would call back. Never did. I went down in person and found out other people have this issue. I was told it was canceled and they will give the owner a call because they aren't authorized to refund. I was told again I would get a call in 48hrs, that didn't happen. I'm owed about $100. Edit: Adam the manager reached out to me and promised I will have the refund tomorrow morning. He did apologize for not calling but he said was waiting on corp approval.
