It is a shame that my experience dealing with the front office staff, financial services, and billing completely take away from the amazing nurse and technicians. They were amazing, kind, and very communicative about what I would experience during my MRI and keeping me comfortable.
My Bad review come from doing little research into my coverage and what I was told to pay at the time of service.
I called my insurance when I got home to verify what I paid was correct and come to find out I was over charged $55 and the person who verified my coverage was not looking at the right information. After 30 minutes on the phone with front office (not their problem?), Financial services (not their problem?), Billing ( not their problem?), and finally getting someone in financial services to at least verify my coverage again and then she understood what I was saying ( her comment was "I should have known and what did I want her to about it?) Long story short no ETA on getting my money back and I will just have to wait until billing processes it and maybe I will get my money back.
so I guess patients should just know what all the rules are at every given visit before they even think about having a procedure done. To expect to be treated like a human and even a apology at the time would have been nice. Like hey we messed up? anyway that my rant.
