  • Great customer service in all departments. I had an appointment today at 2. My class got out a little early so I showed up about 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. They were a little backed up and it was explained that they would need an hour to complete the job. I explained that I just needed to leave by 3 for work. I really hate putting pressure on someone, but there was no way I would be able to reschedule. I reassured him that there shouldn't be an issue if it's a little after 3, but it would be greatly appreciated if it were closer to 3. I believe I was talking with Bryan L. He and the technician had the best attitudes for being in the weeds and they were able to get my tire replaced way before 3 so I didn't have to rush to work. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know.
