  • Called Lawson today after figuring out that my disposal needed to be replaced. In doing my research for bids, most other companies were not open on Saturday and the couple that I did get ahold of didn't anything until Monday and I just got the general feeling that the other people I called were not really concerned with my issue. From the moment I spoke with Lawson, it was obvious they were happy to help me and flexible in getting someone out. They had Kevin out here within 30 mins and 20 mins after that, my disposal was replaced and everything is done! price wise, they were very competitive to the other bids I got, the difference being that Lawson had a professional to my house quickly and I received friendly service both over the phone and when Kevin showed up to replace my disposal. (vs the other bids where I felt like they didn't really care to earn my business, and more importantly, fix my issue quickly!) I know who I'm calling the next time there is a plumbing issue with my house. I would recommend Lawson to anyone in a heartbeat and you should not hesitate to call them if you need plumbing services! Extra bonus - Kevin had plastic booties on his shoe before I even opened the door, so no tracking in dirt into my house. I don't know how many times I had other contractors work on something in the house and they see that I don't wear shoes in my house but either don't care or don't pay attention. It's good to see people take notice of the little things, devil is in the details after all.
