  • After having a bad experience at the West Chester Public Storage last year, I was hesitant to rent a unit with Public Storage again, but the $1 first month rent was hard to pass up. Rich at this location definitely changed my mind about Public Storage. He always made sure to say hi and make sure there were no problems accessing the unit and just generally made me feel welcome there. 11 out of 10 customer service, rock on, Rich!
