  • The only consistent thing about this place is the absolutely horrible service and incredibly lazy and rude employees. It's the closest PetSmart to me but honestly I would happily drive further after the many experiences I've had here. I have never been greeted with a smile or sent off with a goodbye. It seems as if all the groomers are having the worst day of their life and have some sort of hatred towards the dogs they handle. There have been multiple times where they've given me, as well as other customers, attitude and showed annoyance over questions that are easily answered. My dog has walked up and approached different employees and multiple of them have walked away or kept their distance, definitely not any dog lovers and they don't even try to hide it! If you don't really care for your dog and don't mind leaving them with someone else who doesn't either then definitely, by all means, give them your business cause they just lost a loyal customer.
