  • Went in to pick up a small part for my beater. Instead of just sending me on my way with it, they installed it for me on the spot. And while they were at it, they addressed a few other other little items on my bike that needed attention, and the price I paid was more than reasonable - way below what i expected to pay. There were some hardcore types in there who were spending a lot more money than i was during my visit, and me and my little town cruiser got the exact same courtesy and attention that the big spenders did. Could not have been more pleased with my experience.
