A-ok is all I can really say about any Starbucks. This one is nice enough, relatively small but nice, clean and very friendly. It's open almost 24 hours a day and smack in the middle of the airport-like Clinic main drag. When working overnight, it's nice to come down at midnight and get an Americano to shore me up.
I really wish there was more seating too since I'm sure if I were a patient's family member it would be really nice to have a spot to go and chill for awhile to read or work on stuff. There are other places to sit at the Clinic of course, but a nice dark, cozy coffee shop might be just the ticket sometimes. Although most of the time it wouldn't be 'chill' at all since literally several hundred people go through here each day.
The place is remarkably efficient for as many people as can be in here sometimes. If you come after many people are done with morning rounds or early meetings, (like around 10am), the line is literally winding all around the place and out the door. Sometimes the police or fire people come and tell you the line can't go into the hallway because it's a fire hazard. Yet even when it's this packed, you'll only wait about 10-15 minutes from end of line to hot coffee in hand.
For us worker bees, this place is just part of the madness that is the Clinic. Tons of people all the time. This Starbucks is necessary and does the job admirably.
