  • Was recommended to Urban Auto Workz by a friend and am glad she told me about them. Zach is the owner and he is everything you want in a shop owner. He is easy to talk to and will do the best he can to make the whole experience good. Let's face it taking your car to a shop can be stressful. So it's refreshing dealing with someone who is honest and just a real good guy. His crew is pretty cool also. I brought my car in to get the timing belt done. My cam seals were leaking and there was oil and sludge all over the bottom of the motor and other parts of car. They power washed the bottom and got all that gunk off. They didn't have to do that but I appreciated it. It's those little things that make a difference. Also he will communicate with you thru text or Facebook messenger on the status of the job which is very cool. It's nice to get updates on how the job is going. So Urban Auto Workz is my go to shop. I won't go anywhere else.
