  • It is hard to describe this building better than what has been done in the previous reviews. Every time I visit it feels like I'm coming home. The current management company (which took over last year) is doing a phenomenal job running the building. The front desk personnel are just fabulous (Tom, Susan, Nicole, Joe, Eric, Charleen, David) and do everything they can to provide excellent service and make things work. It truly is like living in a swanky upscale condominium building in an upscale neighborhood. The amenities are all there: large pool, pool table by the pool, gym, BBQ's by the pool, huge party/community room, movie theater, library with computers (residents may print from these), 3-level parking garage, bicycle storage room, laundry room, rooftop terrace with sails, couches and fireplace, TV-room with pool table, utilities included in the HOA fee. The HOA is run very well by some very sensible people. There are several great restaurants within walking distance (one in the building), an excellent sandwich shop in the building, and a yogurt shop around the corner. This is the place to live if you like urban dwelling.
