Stayed last weekend. Checked in at 2:30. Were told rooms (we had 3) were not ready until 4:00. Husband's luggage lost, so he went out to shop. I sat with my luggage in the lobby right near front desk. At 4:05, I got a text and went up to get key. Only 1 room was ready. Others not until 5:00. Went out, no turndown service. Next AM, called airline and found out bag was delivered to Hotel at 8:00 PM. Hotel did not deliver it to room nor notify us that the bag was at bell desk. Delivered and guy stood waiting for a tip, HA!! Some towels were thread bare. Our room was a funky location and there was a bar on our slider, not very reassuring. Glass left on patio by previous people and never removed. All around, not close to first rate service that was expected. Heard they were trying to sell. Good! Hopefully new owners will bring back good service and fix up the rooms, cottage cheese ceilings, really!!!
