  • I would never go here for repairs! They make promises they cannot deliver but offer no refunds. I brought in my trimmer and had them look at it to see if it could be repaired or if I should buy a new one. They said it could be repaired and it would be less than $100 so I paid the deposit. After two weeks I had to call them and they said it was beyond repair and they would not refund my deposit. The guy repeated multiple times that they had a "policy" of no refunds regardless of the outcome. I think they use this "policy" often to get more money. Now my only option is to buy a new one but they won't even apply my charge to a new trimmer. They are not honest!
