rev:text	There was a little confusion about where exactly this new Kohl's department store was located. The address is 601 Sherman Place in Waxhaw, NC, but it wasn't even on Google Maps. Turns out this isn't technically in Waxhaw. It's in unincorporated Union County served by the Waxhaw post office; hence the Waxhaw address (much like Indian Land which is 100% unincorporated but uses Fort Mill's post office so they use Fort Mill as the city in their addresses too). Anyhoo, this is actually at the Southeast corner of Tom Short and Rea Rd, a mile or two south of Blakeney. It's the spot where Walmart wanted to build a store for years, but they ended up two feet from Ballantyne yet in SC. I't still somewhat rural out here, but there is a lot of suburban sprawl like most other places, hence the need for places like this. It's a big store, but is only one floor. There is plenty of parking. It was busy yesterday but there were still plenty of spaces - none of which are too far away from the store. It's Kohl's, so they have some awesome deals, especially if you use the Kohl's charge, plus they had some killer grand opening specials. They are also open until 11 pm for their grand opening but that will change soon. While the Kohl's in Rock Hill is closer to me, it's too small and the selection is limited. The Pineville location is just too much to get in and out of there and everything is picked over. This location is somewhat convenient for me though, and it is an easy, almost traffic free drive to get there. The people are also very friendly.
