  • Sheena does a good job, but it's not worth dealing with the rude front desk staff and people constantly trying to sell you something. The packages are a decent deal at best for what you get (I have a Brazilian package, and was charged extra when I went in for a bikini touch-up-- they wouldn't use the package I had already paid for which would have actually included more waxing!). Today I walked in literally as the time turned to 9:10, after calling ahead that I was running behind bc of traffic, and was told robotically by Jezebel that since I was beyond the 9-minute late policy (by seconds) I would have to reschedule. Pay a couple bucks more and go to someone with a little compassion who isn't trying to nickel-and-dime you. I can't wait to use up my package and get back to my previous wax girl.
