  • This Lowes is set up like every other Lowes that I've been to. What makes this particular Lowes stand apart from other Lowes is the lack of customer service. I asked one guy to help me and he half heartedly attempted to locate what I was looking for, it appeared that joking around with his co-worker was more important. I asked another guy to help me and he pointed me in the right direction. I think he felt like he was too busy stocking shelves to help out. There was a girl employee who saw me walking around looking lost, and she just glanced at me and kept walking w/o asking if I needed help. Next time I need home improvement items, I'll go to elsewhere.
