This is one of my favourite yoga studios in the city. If you opt for one of the early morning classes then it won't be too busy there. I checked this class out because of the Passport to Prana. If you have a flexible schedule, I would recommend attending a class that is taught my JP. He led his class like a workshop and was great in providing confidence to all the students to not force their body to conform to a certain form if their body wasn't made to bend that way. He taught the class how to determine what would be the proper form based on how you stand or how your body naturally is.
