  • Extremely disappointed with this Hyatt Hotel. My account was overcharged $700 and my ceiling was badly leaking onto my floor. Now I have to wait 5 days to receive my money that was practically stolen and "there's nothing they can do about it". I will not be staying at this Hyatt location again.
