  • I too was introduced to Southwest Sedan via a Groupon about 2 years ago. We make regular trips back and forth from Chicago as do our family and friends, we were loyal to Southwest Sedan and always used them or recommended them. Jeffrey the owner appeared to be a reasonable man until we booked a pick up from Sky Harbor airport to bring my daughter to our home as a surprise for Fathers Day. I sent him her itinery and he assumed that we needed a return ride back to the airport, which we never requested nor did he ever inquire as to whether we needed the return ride to the airport. The day of her departure, a driver shows up...I told him we did not request a return to the airport. Jeffrey insisted on charging us 50.00 for his mistake. When I disputed the charge with him he became very indignant and told us never to use his service again. Trust me ...we won't.
