  • I had been going here for years for vet care and food. Until my dog got sick and needed to be seen. Barb at the front desk denied me an appointment three times when i desperately needed my dog to be seen. She actually said "you'll have to take him somewhere else". I did and he was in renal failure and had end stage lymphoma. Thanks Barb! We had to go though the most heart wrenching experience ever with strangers. And to the manager who thinks one profanity in a second email (he didn't have the decency to respond to my first one) is more important than finding out what went wrong in our case i stand by my comment that got us deleted. He already died you idiot. What's deleting him going to do? I do not recommend this place.
