  • This is an update to my previous review. Someone from first impressions finally came out to address the quality issues with my security door. The technician touched up the paint to my satisfaction, but did nothing to address the poor quality welding. Apparently irregular, poor quality welds are a hallmark of first impressions custom made doors. If you want uniform, aesthetically pleasing welds you need to buy a cheaper mass produced door from one of the big box home improvement retailers. Also, after the technician was finished he just left without telling me what he did or if I was satisfied. I thought he went to get some supplies, but he just took off. Strange way to ensure customer satisfaction.
