4 different patients here at 0730 to register for their 8am appointments. Lots of staff here, but nobody knew how to turn on the computers and register the patients. All we know, is "Julie had a vacation day and we didn't know". Not a good excuse for a professional operation.
And tell your staff to keep their complaints out of ear shot of the lobby. We noticed by the layout of the waiting room, nobody wants to be bothered by the patients. Having us face the opposite wall makes it obvious, many people are displeased by the wait.
