  • Tiffany was so kind and engaging when I met her at a wedding open house event at my venue Sassi. We were able to try the booth and we were happy with the picture quality. I did book Photobooth 9 and had several interactions with Tiffany over email and she was so quick to respond and very helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our custom strip design. Where it took a bad turn was the at the actual wedding itself. I assumed Tiffany was going to be the operator for the evening but a man I did not know was there instead. Tiffany had left the booth at the venue overnight as the wedding before had also used Photobooth 9 so everything should have been ready to go. It wasn't brought to my attention at the wedding until late in the evening that there were no photo props for the booth. I didn't bother to mess with it because it was almost to the end of the night, by then more than half way through the booth rental time and I was busy running around with all my guests. I contacted Tiffany when we got back from the honeymoon and told her there were no props and she apologized saying they should have been there. Our guestbook was our photos from the photobooth. The whole reason I booked a booth was to have the funny pictures from our guests and to leave cute notes with the strips in the guestbook. I am giving 2 stars because I didn't receive what I paid for, I have a guestbook now that isn't as entertaining as it was supposed to be and I was not offered any refund for the error.
